Rules1. Each bingo card is a randomized 5x5 grid filled with prompts drawn from a master list. All prompts are open to interpretation. The goal is to make a bingo on your card positively featuring Steve Rogers a.k.a. Captain America. There are multiple ways of earning a bingo. Each finished bingo brings you a specific banner; additionally you can earn a multitude of achievements. See more under

2. Squares are marked off toward a bingo by filling the prompt within the square. For each square a new piece of work (fic, art, vid, etc.) must be created.
3. You can submit fics, art (including edits/manips), vids, or podfics. If your fill is a different medium, please alert the mods. Fandom or original content is accepted. To keep the amount of work consistent between types of fills there are minimum requirements for the accepted types of fills:
Fic - 100 words
Art - medium sized (at least 320x240)
Podfic - 500 word fic
Vids - 30 seconds
If you are creating Podfic of someone else's work please make sure you have their permission to do so. You are free to choose any prompt from the
list of prompts for the wild card (central square on the card).
4. Bingos can be made up of any combination of content. You do not have to do all fic, all art fills, etc. to make bingo - ex: you could submit 2 pieces of art, and 3 fics to make a line bingo. Additionally a bingo does not have to be all in one fandom - ex: you could submit 2 MCU fics, 1 Marvel 616 art piece, 1 Avengers Assemble vid and 1 Marvel Ultimates podfic in the same bingo, as long as Steve Rogers features prominently in the fill.
5. You must complete at least one bingo on your card before requesting a new one. However, if you receive a card with prompts of a triggering nature for you, please contact the mods ASAP so that we can work with you to create a more suitable card.
6. After completing your first bingo you may complete more bingos on your current card or request a new card.
7. Although we strove to make the list fit the theme of 'Happy Steve', it's possible that prompts can be potentially triggering. Please read through the
list of prompts before requesting a card. You can veto up to three prompts that would be triggery/uncomfortable for you to write about or request a sex-free card. If you need more than three prompts veto'd, please contact the mods by PM or e-mail and we will work with you to make sure you have a suitable card.
8. It is possible for a fluff fic to touch on heavy themes. Therefore, you are required to warn for rape/non-con, dub-con, incest, character death/suicide, graphic self-harm, any type of sexual trauma, any type of child/domestic abuse. Other warnings are left to your discretion but we strongly encourage you to warn as fully as possible. When in doubt, please err on the side of caution.
9. We'd like to stress that the prompt list is marked as content to be viewed with discretion because some of the prompts on the prompt list are not suitable for minors. We ask any minors entering the bingo to identify themselves as minors so we can provide them with a suitable card without adult themes.
10. Anything publicly posted previously may not be used to fill a square for your bingo. Each fill for your bingo must be newly-created content. You can work in duos (groups of two) but you will only receive a single card and a single badge upon completion. There are no extra requirements for groups.
11. Each fill for each prompt should be a separate and finished creation. Chapters or parts of one story cannot be used to fill several different squares. Several stories in a series are allowed (i.e. you can have a story filling a square and its sequel/prequel filling a different square as long as each has a clear beginning and end.)
12. You can reuse any square on your card as many times as you want, but each use must be a new piece of a fic, art, etc. A fill cannot be used in more than one bingo.
13. Individual fills can be posted where you see fit (your journal, communities, AO3, etc.). When you sign up you must include your AO3, or DW, or Tumblr handle so that we have a way to track which card belongs to which user.
14. To receive a banner for the completed bingo you must post it as a comment to the
Bingo Fills and Badge Claims post. Your comment must include links to all the fills included in your bingo. All links need to go to open posts (no locked/private entries/sites). If we discover a link goes to a locked entry, bingo will not be awarded. We will only award banners to bingos that are posted to the comm before midnight on
December 1 December 4. For more information see

15. We understand that life happens. There's no penalty for not finishing the bingo. This challenge is meant to be fun and to prompt more creative content featuring Steve Rogers!
16. All prompts are open to interpretation, but must feature Steve Rogers in some important way. Other characters and relationships are allowed but shouldn't be more important to the story than relationships involving Steve. For example, a story featuring Steve/Natasha is fine, a story about Natasha/Pepper in which Steve briefly shows up and has a minor role is not. A gen story focusing on Steve which features other background pairing such as Bruce/Natasha is alright. All pairings featuring Steve are welcome in the exchange!
17. Your work should have more than just a singular mention of the prompt. It should deal with it in some way. For example, if your prompt is "bathing" that should be a significant factor in your work, not just a passing mention. How you deal with a prompt is left at your discretion. Remember that the theme is 'Happy Steve', but the definition of that is fully up to you.
18. Happy Steve Bingo is a chance to show your love for any and all versions of Steve. :-)
