The Happy Steve Bingo is an initiative by Steve fans for other Steve fans. The name comes from 2015’s Project Happy Steve, and the goal is to help create more fluffy, happy Steve Rogers content in our lives!
Thanks to ColonelRogers for allowing us to use the name, to Tisfan from the Tony Stark Bingo for helping with the setup, and hc_bingo mods for the bingo rules template.
How can I participate?
You participate by filling out prompts with your created content! You can participate by writing fics, creating art or making vids or podfics to fill out cards!
Is this a shipping challenge?
Nope! The main focus is on happy and fluffy content centred on Steve Rogers. So focus on non-Steve pairings is not allowed, because the focus is supposed to be on Steve. Aside from that, any ships involving the character are welcome, as well as gen fics - wanna write friendship fic with Steve and all the avengers? Go ahead! Wanna draw Steve/Korg? Go ahead! We welcome OT3s, polyships, rarepairs - anything that’s made with love for Steve is a go, regardless of which other characters you choose to pair him with (or not)!
Regardless of which characters you choose to feature in your works, please don't let negative feelings overshadow the positivity. We're all here to make Steve happy! (:
Can I create content for any universe?
Yes! Any and all versions of Steve are welcome.
What should I keep in mind when filling my prompts?
You don't have to bake a cake of rainbows, but remember that this is a fluff, positive challenge. Light angst and hurt/comfort is allowed (this is Steve we’re talking about, after all), but the main goal here is giving our favorite frisbee user some happiness. Keep that in mind and you should be fine!
How do I sign up?
You can sign up here and we’ll respond with your card. You don’t need to have a DW account to sign up, but you do need to give a way to identify you as the creator when filling out the form! See details about fills and deadlines here.
